Hey Guys!
I own a cannabis business and I have been using the old ambiguous FB ad + landing page trick to collect emails for my quasi-taboo biz
Once I have the email, I send emails daily with links to the actual sales site.
My issue...
How can I pass pixel data from the sales page, through the clean lander to FB so that I can better manage my FB ads?
2 points to note:
1 The lander domain is different from the sales site domain (obviously but I thought I'd mention it!)
2 I don't want FB to see my sales page - again, an obvious point
The Flow: FB ad > clean lander w email opt in > send emails w links to the actual sales site > get sale > how to pass data to FB?
Any tech ninjas input here is much appreciated!
This is certainly unconventional. Maybe @zeno or @jeremie can help?

You pass the conversions on the server side using FB Conversions API.
Some trackers might have it integrated now. Here is a post I wrote in 2020 to do it manually.

I think I responded to you in FF support?
As Jeremie mentioned you'd use the conversions API (or our integration in this case) and could override the page URL you're sending for the conversion events, to only send the initial clean lander.
In FF Pro we have a URL override feature in the traffic source settings that lets you do this.
