Hello,
I have been using Canva lately and I have been making videos with sound attached to them. I made 11 videos
with no problems at all. On my 12th video, the volume doesnt work anymore on my video. When I click on the "audio"
tab to pick which sounds I want to add to my videos, those audio samples dont play at all, and also dont have any sound. (They have worked just fine up till this point)
Has anyone ever experienced this issue & know whats wrong?
Nothing on my computer has changed, no settings were adjusted or anything like that. Im hoping the problem will just fix
itself somehow, but so far no luck.
I have logged into canva from another window on my computer, but I still had the same problem of no sound.
I chose a few of my saved videos that work perfectly, and they also have no sound now when I play them on canva.
Im hoping that I am just overlooking something, but the sound just stopped working on its own. I checked the volume on
my computer, and that is turned up. Everything seems to be normal with my computer. Its just I have no sound on canva not
when I play my video.
I will try to recreate the video again from scratch to see if that fixes the problem, but if there is still no sound playing,
its not going to help.
What do you guys think? Thank you
The video plays and moves across the timeline just fine, its just that there is no sound attached to it anymore.
I'm not using Canva personally, but I tried to google a bit and looks like several people had the same problem... for many, the simple solution was to clear the cache of their browser... this is something that helps MANY times with any browser related problems. Have you tried that?
Quite a few people also had sound muted within canva, try tou double check your settings.
Have you tried to reach out to their support or check their help center?
