Where is the best place to find solo ads for advertising to email lists? (for "making money online" affiliates)

Do solo ads work well or no for affiliate marketing in the "make money online" niche?

How do I know if Im getting my solo ads from a "good guy" or not? Instead of getting ripped off by bad characters/people

I know to not spend too much to "test" out a new solo ad seller, and to ask a few questions like:
How did you make your list?
What is their spam complaint rate
What type of offers do well with their list
What is their average response rate?
Also, what percentage of your list is Tier 1 (top 5 English speaking countries)

What other types of questions should I ask a solo ads seller when purchasing my first solo ads?

How can you tell how many people have clicked on your optin page from your newly bought solo ads? How can you tell
if the clicks came from those ads you just bought, or from some organic traffic somewhere else on the web like tiktok or articles.

Basically, what do I need to know when buying solo ads from someone, and who or where is the best person to buy solo ads from?

Has anyone on here had any success with solo ads while being an affiliate for "making Money online" niche

I've never tried them so I would love to hear from someone who did, let's see if anyone has some first hand experience

But, from what I have found out during the research, there is a lot of scammers in this biz, sending emails to already dead email lists and messing with the stats, so you will have to be careful.
