Looking for Email Marketers To Send Mass Cold Emails (3)

Do you have knowledge and tools for sending mass cold emails?
I’m planning on launching an email marketing campaign and I need help to send cold emails to 100k contacts that will go directly to their inbox – not spam.
I don’t have a warm SMTP server or rotating IP, so I would appreciate if you can help me here as well.

100k cold contacts... how did you acquire these? In case it' just some scrapped list or you bought it from someone, sending them offers/advertisements would equal to spamming and might be illegal in your country, did you do your research in order to stay away from trouble?
Assuming that it's indeed a scrapped list, I wont even recommend the standard email services to you, since all of them would take your account down after the first email due to the high number of complaints.
What you need is a bullet proof setup with warmed up IPs and a host that doesn't care about complaints.... but that's not something I can help you with, nor an activity I support 
But who knows, maybe someone will reach out to you with an offer.
In case that this is a legit list collected in a proper way, with marketing permissions... the options are much more broad.
