Can someone explain what Incent or motivated traffic is?

Is it the quiz or spin wheel landers that we're using?

Incent traffic is when you offer some type of reward in exchange for a visitor to either click to or convert on the offer page.

For example by offering a discount on a product or service, or cash, or game tokens. Or you could have content lockers where people need to complete some sort of action in order to access some content on your site.

The typical quiz or spinning wheel landers don't belong to this type of traffic, because you're not actually giving a reward for someone to click through to the offer page - unless you're promising visitors that they "have won" something and all they need to do is leave their contact info on the offer page.
