Hiring Ukranian Media Buyers That Won't Steal my Campaigns

Hey ya'll,

I'm interested in hiring Ukrainian media buyers that won't rip & run with my campaigns & profits. Thus I want to train them from scratch so that they will have some kind of obligation to me, and I would like to pay them 10% of the profits from their campaigns only - which 1-2k$ can be a decent salary in Ukraine.
Where is the best place to find & train & hire such Ukrainians? How do I make sure they don't steal my profits? (I'm running search arb so it's quite a low starting budget required for them to practically do so).

Hiring media buyers is always tricky. I have yet to see one that stuck around longer for 6 months or a year unless they had an insane base salary and commission model. No one will stick around if they learn how to successfully make money, unless you provide them some stability and $1-2k is not nearly being enough.
The ones I know, both earn between $12k - $15k + commission. Which is the only reason they didn't quit and work entirely for themselves. Keeping media buyers happy and stick around is hard work, but good luck! I hope you find someone decent.

I don't know how exactly I would approach this, but wanted to point one thing out. There are literally millions of refugees from UA in Poland, Czech and Slovak Republic, Moldova... and there are many skilled people (especially women) in the mix now and online work would be like a blessing for many of them. I would also say that these people might become loyal, if you support them during these complicated times.

One idea maybe, we have a large (25k members) FB group for marketers in Slovakia and I have seen Ukrainians searching for work in it already, here is the url: https://www.facebook.com/groups/823846914325359
It might make sense to post a job ad in there, written in Ukrainian.

I'm 100% sure that there are similar groups in other countries, it will just require some time to find them... or maybe some local people from other GEOs could share a link here?

Give them a fair fee (not the 10% you propose imho), positive work space and enough "challenges" to keep them busy and developing.
Women tend to "jump ship" less often (more loyal) than men, from my own experience.
