I guess it's because of the requirements they have for the password, did you include all the char types they ask for?

Password must contain: 8 or up to 30 characters with at least one uppercase, at least one lowercase, at least one numeric digit, at least one of the allowed special characters listed: _-!@*.$%?&#/|\>^{}[]():;

This is usually the main reason for problems whenever I try to signup somewhere
