Starting inhouse with Facebook free SOI Sweeps - needs good quality suppliers
We would like to start free SOI sweeps campaigns for Europe on Facebook.
What we need now is recomendation where it is worth to buy:
- Quality facebook accouts (for first test to start), currently selling accounts on STM is forbidden so I cant see offers, previosly I see in threds there was dont.farm, but currently is not availible
- Quality proxies
- Virtual credit cards (is it possible to buy cards with top up in crypto?)
I would be grateful for the advise.

I can't go into where to buy facebook accounts for obvious reasons - perhaps check blackhatworld.
As for Quality Proxies: Bright Data (formerly Luminati) seems to be the industry standard.
https://brightdata.com/
Virtual credit cards: This is a reputable company I've heard great things about - https://digitascards.com/
Hope that helps!

Just as Amy has mentioned above, STM doesn't endorse the sales of FB accounts, so we cannot really help you much here.
But assuming that you maybe plan to run a clean operation, there are people who can hook you up with agency accounts, for example @fbqueen at https://imqueenconsulting.com/
There are also companies that kind of help to take some work off of FBs shoulders by providing support to countries where FB has no direct presence, that might be of help too. Check this thread: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...s-from-Httpool
If you are after accounts for BH purposes, STM isn't really the right place for it

I switched from Brightdata to Proxy Empire.
Better prices and it´s easier to get residential proxies there.

Currently we are talking with suppliers and analyzing their offers. Is important for us have good quality facebook account or service of this accounts. As we can see there are two types of offers:
1. Suppliers who provide complex services (accounts, vcc, proxys etc.) - so they just change accounts if its needed, everything works for you
2. Suppliers who provide separately accounts, vcc, proxys (in this case its takes more time end effort)
What kind of this two providers do you use?

Option 1 will be more expensive but in case they have a good system in place, it should be the better one to choose.
But again, I'm not involved with such activities, so take my advice with a grain of salt

There isn't a hard and fast answer in my opinion. I've used both in the past.
It really depends on how fast you're getting accounts banned (i.e. what you're running and how you're running) - which in turn depends on the quality of the accounts, e.g. how genuine they are in the eyes of FB, the age, activity, ad account threshold, etc.
In the end, you want the overall cost to be reasonable, but the inconvenience of having to constantly start over on new accounts can be a major consideration as well depending on what your business model is.
Some suppliers will promise to supply you with unlimited, individual accounts, in exchange for a percentage of ad spend or profits. But if you don't run enough ad spend or generate enough profits, and you're running something that gets you banned frequently, they will stop working with you.
Renting agency accounts may also be an option, but only if you're running something FB approves of.
I would suggest that you test more than one supplier. Stuff like account quality is hard to assess without actually running ads from them yourself. So it's not easy to tell whether you'd be getting your money's worth or not, until you actually start running on those accounts.
