I need a suggestion for Telegram bot software

Hi, I just got a marketing idea but it requires Telegram/Skype/Whatsapp bot. I mean software or something, which allows me to create scripts to auto chat with people. I've tried to do some Google searches but there's no service like that. Can someone please suggest me a software for this purpose?
