Bidding max suggested, still no impressions? (2)
So I've been reading about bidding strategies, and it seems the vast majority of people go with bidding 20% less than the low end suggested, and then slowly reduce it along with the CPC after 100 clicks.
My problem is that I'm not seeing impressions, even if I start out bidding the HIGH end suggested.
I've maybe got like 300clicks total in my account, and my CTR history is pretty good I think (like 0.07% average).
I started a campaign targeted at France today (250k demo), and another at Germany (400k).
The France one suggested bid was like 0.20-0.52, so as I understand it I should be bidding like 0.16, right? I started with like 0.45, but after an hour with no traffic, I upped it to 0.50, and then 0.55 (that's when I started to see some traffic).
My German camp is suggested 0.16-0.31 - BUT my bid has been at 0.35 for like half an hour, and still no impressions (upped it at the same time as FR camp, which IS getting traffic now).
What gives? 
edit: don't think it matters, but I do pause my ad when it's being reviewed
For germany camp, try 0.4 or 0.5... I just bid 0.3 for max bid 0.12, it start deliver traffic, damn facebook
