Yes, it's pretty easy.

I recommend a service like Convertri or ConstantContact which will allow you to drag and drop create a form for users to enter their information into.

After that, have the final form action redirect to your offer.

Technically, the answer is yes.

Legally, it would depend on your jurisdiction. In those jurisdictions who follow GDPR, for example, the answer is no.

yes i know, People who left their data must know this info i mean they will be aware of it and they are also getting as a subscribers to my list, so they can stop getting emails and sms just by sending a word what stop sms or unsubscribe from a list

Yes you can do this - but make sure you tell the user what they'll be receiving. Otherwise, you may be breaking the law (i.e. GDPR).
