Wordpress Password Member Plugin?

I know there are a bunch of plugins to create a member site on wordpress (where a user goes to your website and they see a login screen, much like you do when you login to the admin panel of wordpress). Any suggestions of ones you have used that work well.

Thanks, the music is pretty funny for the promo video goes from techno to heavy metal.
