Does your email solution offer a placeholder that would insert the email into a link? If so, you can just make the address part of the campaign links and then track it as a subid in whatever tracking you are using.
So basically similar to how it's usually possible to start the email with the name of the subscriber, by using a placeholder/parameter like %%name%% ... check if there is one for the actual email address.
