Is it $300 per month or is it $300 total?
And is it $300 for traffic or $300 total for everything (traffic, tracker, spy tool etc)?
In any case $300 is very/too low.
With such low budget you risk to make decisions based on emotions instead of making decisions based on stats and numbers.
Especially in the beginning you shouldn't work with focus on profit but rather focus on learning, this alone can cost some money.
Then you need budget for testing, it mostly doesn't happen to find a winning campaign right away.
Even when you have a winner, with $300 it's extremely hard to scale.
Let's say you could spend $200/day on your winning campaign, with $300 you couldn't even run it for 2 days.
As a beginner you mostly work on standard payment terms as well, this often means Net15 or Net30 so even with good converting campaigns you need a good cashflow to bridge the time till payment.
Seriously, with $300 you will have a hard time and the chances to fail when you start with low budget are much higher than starting with high budget

Tracker $99. Landing service $99. $100 left for running campaign.

Not sure if it is the best way... but at least the following could be an option to get your feet wet:
- Launch your own Wordpress Blog on a Digital Ocean Droplet --> 5 USD / month + 10 USD/year for domain
- Invest 50 USD in Generate Press Theme (has webhooks feature and allows clean designs).
- Find a niche you can dominate and blog about
- monetize your blog with push subscriptions and placing affiliate links where they make sense, collect email list for further advertising / affiliate links
300 USD allows you to run this for at least 2 years. And you most likely will need these 2 years for making some money. Will take quite a while until you have good search position in google and also get an understanding how to turn your audience into loyal fans.
It is not the fastest approach. But for sure you will learn a lot especially when you learn all the tech stuff by yourself.

@larsometer Good idea.
I assumed it's only about running paid traffic.
@sanders19 Talking about making money in general you could also do freelancer jobs or Fiverr gigs if you're skilled in tasks like copywriting, image/video editing, building backlinks and so on.
You could also build social followings on FB/Insta/Tiktok and promote products through your account(s).
Another way for social networks would be spamming with throwaway accounts.
Then there is YouTube, upload good videos in a vertical regularly, build views, promote products.
There are so many options when it's not just about paid traffic.

I don't know if it still works but few years ago people also made pretty easy money with fake hacks or fake virtual money generators for mobile games.
Promotion was usually done with SEO (Google ranking) or with uploading videos to Youtube.

You didn't exactly provide the exact information here, as you didn't specify if this is the total amount of budget that you have or this is just something you plan to use on a monthly basis? But from the form of your question, I could guess you have meant that this is the total budget you plan to invest in the next period. In that case, it's really not much so your opportunities here will be a bit limited, but you should maybe split it for some campaigns that you could run on some social media or Google and where you would start promoting your offer, and on some tools that could help you get better insights on some keywords, links, paid advertising strategies, that would help you analyze better your competitors, and so on. I still can't guarantee you that you will achieve great results with this since your budget is too low for some big achievements, but this could be one direction that you could think about.

Having a job to provide a steady stream of disposable money to fund your online ventures can be one of the smartest things to do for a beginner e-entrepreneur!
However, promoting high-ticket items is not suggested. The higher the payout of the offer, the more money you'd need to spend to test and tweak it to profitability (which it may never reach).
Example: Let's say you have 5 offers to test, and you've decided to run 10x payout to each offer to test some great creatives. If after spending the 10x payout on an offer, you don't see any promising creatives, you'd ditch the offer.
Scenario 1: Average offer payout is $20. 10x payout would be $200. So you'd be spending $1000 to test the 5 offers.
Scenario 2: Average offer payout is $100. 10x payout would be $1000. So you'd be spending $5000 to test the 5 offers.
AND this would only be the initial test budget! If you find a promising offer, you'd probably still need to spend more money to test more creatives and targeting etc. to reach profits.
One common misconception is that higher payouts mean higher profits. This isn't necessarily true. Often, small payouts can have higher conversion rates. You need to look at BOTH the payout AND conversion rate to judge profits potential - and you won't have any idea what the conversion rate would be until you test the offer using good creatives.
Speaking of fan pages: If you're strapped for cash, a really great and FREE way to get fans is to:
1)Join a ton of FB groups where your target audience hangs out - the more groups the better assuming you have the time to spend.
2)Participate in those groups for at least a couple of days by posting good info.
3)Once you're known as the friendly and helpful member, start dropping your link (to your page and/or group).
You can drop your link both in posts and in comments, but be careful that you don't break the rules set by the FB group. For the bigger groups, it can be worth it to PM a mod first to get their permission before posting. Some will charge a fee and you can decide if you want to spend the money.
It can be a lot of work, but if you have more time than money, this can be a good way to build an initial audience to monetize.
How you monetize that audience would be a whole other discussion. If you have a particular niche in mind, please feel free to let us know, and we can do some brainstorming together.

Do not do this, you will 100% give all of your money to FB without a single sale.
Sorry but not worth giving you hope, you will burn all of it and you can do a lot more with it on smaller campaigns learning wise right now.
This is like learning how to ski and deciding to go for the double black diamond for your first run, your lucky that the only thing that will die is your wallet.
