Hi There!
Hope all is well! and it's been a while since I was posting, unfortunately couldn't make it to Dubai.
I wonder could you guys help out
- we bought three business tickets, originally for 2020, then the event was cancelled, then again transferred.
So we eventually wanted to check whether we could use them last month in Dubai.
My contact at your end for tickets / sponsorships used to be Jake Langley, but it appears he no longer works with you. I've tried the default email from the AW website prior to the event, but it appears that I couldn't get a response.
On top of that, those nominated to Dubai got sick for the last minute, and couldn't travel to what was definitely a great event from what I hear.
Whenever you would find a moment - it's not urgent, but could somebody hit me up please - just to review if there are any options, such as to use those tickets for a future AW event (skype: carlosprague)

Jake's moved on since but our new Sales Director Brady handles all sponsors and his team handle exhibitors. If it's related to attendee tickets, that would be best directed to support (info@awconf.com).

I've emailed info@ twice during February, with the receipt of payment attached, maybe it didn't go through - had no direct contact to follow up with.
I'm going to follow up as you advise - and hope to see you guys at the Affiliate World (or else)!
Btw. we are planning to do our after party after the TES Affiliate conferences, August 22 - 25th in Prague - since it's a one time opportunity to visit Prague in the summer - I highly recommend to come! If possible.
This is our home turf - lot of under the counter leisure and advice available!
We'll also do our after party in a villa, as we always do after pretty much any given TES - on Thursday, August 25th 2022, where I'd definitely be glad to see you guys!

Prague 2019 - this was in a place called "Letensky zamecek"
We also did a villa get together in Sitges, where we were with our super-improvized "sales" line up, as 4 of our sales team couldn't travel and come for the last minute.
The weather was relatively cold and attendance more moderate (many people leaving to Dubai on that day) - still a good time!

just stopping by to confirm all was sorted out - we'll use the tickets for Barcelona.
I won't be able to make it myself, as I am vacationing.
