Expect your inbox to be spammed in 5 minutes from several network reps.
Try Gothza, Advidi, Rebll. They have all you need.

That's a pretty broad list of verticals! WAY too many networks have offers in one or more of these.
But it's a good idea to make this post - some networks may reach out to you with good offers.
We have this directory where you can search networks by the verticals they specialize in:
https://stmforum.com/affiliate-directory/
Then there's also offervault.com.

It's not like these are SUPER different. But some networks are stronger in some verticals or have wider coverage.
Let's take a look at those mentioned:
Rebll: these guys have ties to direct advertisers in dating, so in some cases, going through them equals to working with direct advertisers.
Advidi: they have built a very strong presence in the dating vertical, partially because of working with the same direct advertiser as Rebll does. And generally, this network is very professionally managed and well staffed, so they simply have their shit together, so to speak.
Gotzha: this one has actually been co-founded by an ex-advidi employee (great guy btw) which means they were able to grow really quickly as the knowledge and contacts have been there since day 1. So even though this is a "Rather" new network (not really new but compared to some others, they are neweR), they have built a very solid business quickly.
Clickdealer is a solid and long running operation too, with wide coverage of offers. Maxbounty is like a real OG in the business, with lots of credibility.
So any of these 5 is a great choice... obviously, something can go wrong so don't take this as some guarantee, but as far as I know, all of them are great networks to work with.

Sorry to hear you've had some bad experiences - care to share why you said what you did about Gotzha?
I personally haven't run with them for a couple of years, but they had some good offers while I was running with them.

I don't say they are bad, I only says they are lazy in response. and no idea what they think for starting collaboration. as my experience they are slow. might be they are good with others.

Ah OK I can probably guess why.
In my 40-day tutorial, I've originally included them as a newbie-friendly network, and showcased them in all the examples.
Over time though, they shifted more towards working with experienced affiliates, and asked me to remove them from the tutorial.
Some networks do take that direction - especially when they're more established and don't want to bother to do hand-holding for new affiliates. Nothing wrong with that at all.
I'm assuming you were new'ish when you applied to them? If not I apologize for my presumption.
Amy
EDIT: Ah I see that Stijn has posted while I was writing this post! @
rizwan2022 you're in great hands - Stijn is a great guy with extensive knowledge of the industry!

Ah so it wasn't your direct experience. Personally I never had any problems, but it's all about a particular AM, some are definitely more responsive than others... and that goes for every single network out there

Hi, I'm a seasoned media buyer (Facebook + Google Ads). New to lead gen affiliate marketing. I have one funding partner who is interested to invest on pay per call marketing. Do you have any offer for that and tips which platforms should I go for?

Are you looking for affiliate networks that have pay per call offers?
Try search our directory for "pay per call" -
https://stmforum.com/affiliate-directory/
There's also Offervault.com - select "pay per call" from their category dropdown:
