Managing blacklist / whitelist across the board?

hi everyone,

i'm struggling a bit to properly maintain, manage and update my internal blacklist, whitelist, etc....

i might be missing something very basic right in front of me; but does anyone have a great system for managing your list in a centralised manner across trackers, ad networks, spreadsheets, etc...

trying to build the right foundation moving forward, as i can currently update everything across the board in a more manual fashion - ; but it's a lot of work.

i'm using a lot of dynamic list features/tools to generate dynamic list where I can (Voluum, optimizer; random ad networks, csv's, etc..). my issue is trying to manage, track and update several list across multiple tools..

hoping someone can point me in the right direction

thanks in advance!

So sorry we missed your post!

I'm very old school I'm afraid - I've just been using spreadsheets.

Thought I'd give this thread a bump anyways - to see if anyone else has a better solution.

here's what i do.

I am running push traffic on 15-16 ad networks...
And i have to manually blacklist(zone ids) in all campaigns because optimizing tools don't work properly(for me)
And it's impossible to blacklist all the campaigns on daily basis...because it's very time consuming.
So, i created a spreadsheet.
I'll only optimize/blacklist 1 ad network per day...You can also combine 2-3 smaller ad networks in same day. At the end of 12-13 days, i will have completed the optimization of all my campaigns.

After i have finished optimizing the required ad network for that day, i'll put a tick or YES in front of the ad network for that particular date. In this way, i can track my progress.

Whatever goals you wish to achieve you can create spreadsheet for it...and track progress.
