QUESTION: Are there any offers besides Amazon I can Direct Link with on FB?
I use Amazon Associates to monetize my FB pages. I know, I know... it has low EPC but because of Amazon's brand recognition I find that conversions are much higher. Plus, the fact that I can 'direct link' is a huge advantage for me. However, Amazon's commission structure is low. Also, I can't run ads to grow my pages with Amazon links on there (weird). So... I'm now desperately looking for any other affiliate offers with the ability to direct link and use ads.
Do any of you 'Super Affiliates' 
know any fitting this criteria?

What verticals?
You could have your own websites / domains and link directly to them. And then promote products on them. It adds a bit of work, but might be worth it.

Actually I was trying to get away from website creation. I stayed away for a few reasons. 1) article writing - I don't have time 2) Techy setup - SEO etc. 3) upfront cost
