Google Banned/flagged links (15)

Google Banned/flagged links

Im facing an issue when running pop traffic. My campaign links and lander links are all getting banned very quickly . It only lasts for 1 to just few hours most of the time. Its an issue because especially for campaign links it takes alot of time to change it in trafficsources. I already use multiple domains for different camps, but all of them are getting banned. Is there something i can do to prevent this or make them last longer?

What do you promote?

Landing page links are one thing but tracking domains usually don´t get flagged that fast.

In what geo do you run your campaigns?

Is it maybe Spain?

Also do you have any Google logos or other brand logos on your landing pages?

Most probably.

Using a brand logo, especially from Google is more or less asking for trouble.

Get new domains and try it again without logos

Use Lander Protection Script, you will not get banned again!

No

The script only blocks direct access and won't help you much to prevent that your domains get flagged.

All traffic coming through campaign URLs will still see the real landing page.

However, since I use the lander protection script, my domain hardly get flagged.

For some campaigns I also use a script to protect my LPs from direct access but in this case there were not only the landing page domains flagged but tracking domains as well so Google went through the redirect funnel and then a script to prevent direct access just won't help much.

Sometimes it depends on specific GEO, as in some locations banns come pretty easily and in others not that frequently. But, as someone already mentioned above, the best idea would be to use some protection script for landing pages, as this will help you stay secure and reduce the risk of being banned again.

About landing page protection, I face similar situation as twinaxe. Landing page protection does not work for me , as i was using them all along when the bans happened.

No, as said by @twinaxe, a protection script won't help. Some users are visiting your site using Chrome, so Google likely knows what is on your page.
