My company specializes in Facebook Ad Accounts for rent. We're Facebook Marketing Partners, so we work closely with their reps to maintain all ad accounts up and running without getting blocked.
Our subscription is $500/month per ad account. But for the forum members we're going to offer it for $400/month.
We don't charge any percentage of your amount spend, just the fixed fee.
Also, we do compliance on your content with Facebook to get everything pre approved, in case they erroneously block you, we can get it reversed.
