First things first, can you insert the images properly in the posts?
Then it's much easier to read.
You can find a quick tutorial on how to do so in my signature.
Will go through your questions now to reply

I chose several offers for a split test, namely, I searched for creatives lasting 30+ days in spytool, then using vpn, I found out what kind of offer it was.
It´s great to see that you try to find good offers that way but just for clarification: Did you just found out what kind of offers are promoted in the results or did you find exactly the offers that are promoted?
I ask because it can be a huge difference if the offer is just similar or if it´s exactly the same offer.
Just because offers are similar it doesn´t mean that they also perform similar.
For example there are tons of adult dating SOI offers, some are converting very good whereas others don´t convert at all, even on same targeting and same landing pages.
Another example are iPhone SOI offers, there are so many of them out there but by far not all are converting good but then there are also few that are converting very good.
Therefore, I adhered to the following rules
1) if the siteID spent the ideal cost per conversion and did not bring a single sale, then I blacklist this siteID
I would keep it running for at least 1x payout and not for 1x ideal CPA.
When a site ID spent $4 and then receives an approved conversion it´s still $1 profit.
When you kill placements too early you risk to miss good opportunities.
Yes, it can be more expensive in the beginning but when a campign runs long enough it will compensate such initial losses many times.
Your 30% approval rate are just an average, you can have placements that get the very first leads approved and then the next 20 leads rejected and you can have placements that get the first 5 leads rejected and all 20 following leads approved.
You need more stats than just 1x ideal CPA to really judge the quality of a placement.
2) if the siteID has spent more than two ideal CPAs and has a negative ROI, then I blacklist such siteID
Same as above.
You said yourself that approval is 30% so roughly 1 out of 3 leads have to be approved so just let it run until at least 3 leads.
Additionally it would be good to know how many creatives and how many landing pages you tested.
In the screenshots it also says "Global", did you run the campaign in multiple geos at once?
Many people told me that push campaigns depend on time trends, but I don’t understand what to do.
Generally push campaigns don´t depend on times but for COD offers they do.
The reason is simple, for COD offers there are call centers involved that have their own working hours.
The flow for COD is like this:
- User fills out form on the offer page
- User receives call from the call center to confirm his order
- When order is confirmed the lead gets approved
The sooner the user receives the call from the call center the higher the chances that he converts.
When a user fills out the form at 11pm and receives the call at 10am next day then it´s 11 hours difference, in this time so many things can happen that let the user change his mind.
That´s why it´s better to run COD only during the working hours of the call center.
Why COD push campaigns are not stable? Why does the campaign have good results during the initial test, but after optimization, the results get worse and worse? I can't understand this please explain to me.
It´s hard to tell without more details about what exactly you did for optimization.
Did you change anything on the targeting?
For example did you add more feeds to the campaign?
It is worth noting that both in the first and in the second campaign I received leads on a regular basis, but there were few sales.
Could be related to call center hours.
Check out when the call centers for these offers are working and compare it with your campaign stats by hour.
And the question is off topic, since I can allocate 150-200 dollars a month for affiliate marketing, can I try myself in adult dating?
$150-$200 per month isn´t much, especially when you have to learn how to run campaigns first.
Adult dating is probably also not the best choice then for several reasons.
It´s a very competitve vertical and the best offers are available in higher tier geos where traffic is rather expensive.
Additionally you will probably often have to deal with quality issues, push traffic and dating is often not the best combination.
When you want to start on tight budget better check out click2sms offer and click2call offers.
They can be promoted in almost all geos so that you can run it in geos with next to no competition as well.
When you see success so that you have more money available you can still run adutl dating if you still want to.

I have found the same offers, not simillar.

No, I was lazy in that time, I preferred not to select a country in the tracker, based on the considerations that I won’t get confused anyway.

Call center works 24/7 with second camp and 8am-20pm first camp(local time in Egypt), this were wrote on the offer page,in the first campaign most of sales were from 16pm - 21pm(local time). I don’t know how right I am, but I have an idea, the target audience in this case is people who are not very responsible and who know how to buy goods from the first touch, and they can only make such purchases when they have money, for example, on payday, etc. d. And when they don’t have money, they won’t buy goods, so all leads go to rejected ones, I think this is so, because I know that the operator on the phone offers to buy more than one package, or offers additional topics, maybe I’m wrong?

I did these things:
First camp
1) I found a landing page from spytool, and tooke it, also I tooke 2 landing pages from affilate network(summary 3 landings), also from spytool I took 3 creatives and 2 was made by myself. And I did A/B test.
2) when I got first conversion, I looked which creative gave the sale, and I decided to turn off other creative, after that, I have seen that another creative gave the sale, and I tooke this one in the test again.
3) after several days I chose one landing page, because most of sales were got from this one.
4) throughout all three points above, I've been blacklisting using the ideal cost per conversion.
5) I also launched a parallel campaign (I did not disable the main one) targeting certain OS versions (OS that brought sales).
Second camp
I did the same things but made split test with bids.

It sounds tempting, but how to look for opportunities with these types of offers, I have never worked with them, I don’t even know where to start. Which affiliate networks to choose? What budget do you need approximately?) How to look for opportunities and choose a good offer?)
And what budget is needed for adult nutra with payments up to 5 US dollars.
thank you very much
