Any recommendations for offshore payment processor? (4)
Located in Singapore, need to process payments for adult offers. Non shady, no trial, a very typical adult product but the usual processors (god forbid Stripe) won't accept. All the ones I've googled either need presence/documents/office in the US/UK/Europe.
Any one knows anyone that could help?
I'm not sure if any of them accept companies from Singapore, but here are some processors that I know accept or used to accept adult, have you tried all of them?
Ccbill, epoch, verotel, netbilling, probiller, segpay, vendoservices, achdebit, webbilling, centrobill, zombaio, payze, mobius... paypal can also process adult when certain conditions are met.
Please do your due diligence before working with any of them, it's been a while since I've been active in the field so I have no idea how much reliable any of these are these days 
Singapore should be no problem. Where is your target audience? Do you need US/EU processing or for the asian market?
I can recommend a few ones that are offshore and were willing to accept high-risk industries, but they take 10-15% fee + have quite high chargeback fees. To get a better deal, try to look first for high-risk payment processors located in Singapore, searching with keywords like "singapore high risk merchant accounts" or "singapore high risk payment processors"
PayCly seems to accept casino and adult and is based in Singapore.

Otherwise, setup a US company through Stripe Atlas, and then apply with US business. You may find processors between 4-8%. Depending on your volume, can be worth it.
