Have received messages from fellow STMers on skype multiple times on the options for getting agency account. Decided to share this review.
I reached out to @cassshy for Facebook agency ad accounts in May 2021. He helped me a lot not only with the ad account management routine but also guided me through the running ads process. I should admit that bans happened but support was good and it was easy to spend 90k-100k a month using a couple of ad accounts.
Later I requested TikTok ad accounts - this time the routine tasks were accomplished even faster. Top-ups were made within several minutes, no bans so far. Got an additional paid consultation on how to run TikTok ads and offers to start with.
Both agency fee was about 5% and less - really depends on how much you can spend

Personally I am still learning to succeed with affiliate marketing and it helps not have to deal with accounts issues and focus on creatives
