I'm about to start my real media buying journey right now (5)

I've spent over 100 days creating my own LP CRM with preliminary distribution functionality before I really run my ads. It sounds a little crazy?
It was originally planned to be completed within 1 month, but because the past few months were the busiest time of my existing business, it was delayed.
I'm about to start my real media buying journey right now, and going to close my existing business and devote all myself to media buying.
I will post again to tell you something half a year later or a year later.

I would do the same, but hard to judge since we don't know all the details. CRM system can be complicated, so it needs more time to code... as long as we are talking about Customer Relationship Management

Having a strong infrastructure can be a big plus in this industry - if the 3 months spent will allow you to hit the ground running, then why not.
