Hiring a Customer Happiness Assistance

A dynamic online ecommerce brand is searching for an all-rounded Customer Support Agent with telephone support experience.

Your work will largely involve custom support and over-the-phone sales, however will not be limited to it.

The responsibilities include:
- Checking the customer support inbox daily
- Helping customers locate their order
- Resolving other issues/concerns
- Calling new customers daily and asking about their experience
- Helping clients discover our products and buy more if needed (earn a commission on each sale)

In order to be successful in the job you will need to:
- Be tech-savvy and learn to use software quickly
- Be a people’s person and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction
- Be attentive to details as we are working with big orders
- Be able to work daily (including weekends and holidays)
- Have excellent communication skills, native/bilingual English is a must
- Prior telesales experience is a plus

This job shouldn’t take you over 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, you will have an opportunity to grow within the company, learn new things and work from anywhere in the world.
