There are several VCC cards providers out there, but it's best to find a card provider with a BIN that isn't overused by other affiliates, because they will weaken the accounts and get flagged early.
We have 7+ BINs to choose from and they are not overused, work extremely well with FB. And we have virtual cards as well as physical card BINs that are shipped to our office and provided virtually.
We provide card statements as well, because FB is asking for that proof these days. Welcome to test them out.
