Cashflow issue (12)

Cashflow issue

This has been bugging my head for a while, any business there is a risk, it is the business owner duty to keep the risk at minimal level. For an affiliate marketer, the risk is not getting paid, ended up stuck with adspend that piled up in the credit card.

Would like to know what you do to keep this risk at minimal level ? the more advice, the merrier.

Work with networks that have a good reputation AND pay you weekly. Pay off your credit cards every week when you get paid. Also, if you're using any shady methods of promotion that aren't allowed be ready to risk not getting paid AND be okay with it.

That's what I recommend... anyone else?

hey there.. these days, never know, even good CPA networks can fold up.

there is a top 20 list of CPA networks. run with those few with some reputation in the industry.
neverblue was #1.

always healthy to find opportunities beyond CPA such as
real estate, passive income programs, drop shipping programs, your own offering, or a mixture of everything within a sales funnel.

I've gotten in plenty of tight spots myself. Not much you can do but evaluate your risk and try to not overextend yourself in the event of a delayed or non-payment. Of course working with a solid network goes a long way too keeping your risk level down. (i only work/scale with a handful of networks that I trust)

Don't forget to not only pay off your credit cards but open a savings account. Stash money away even if it's just a set weekly/monthly amount or come tax time you will freaking regret it big time.

If you're doing that much volume then switch to an IO with your traffic source. Get your biz credit and order and you can do postpay for your media. Work with networks that you trust and run 100% compliant and cashflow should not be an issue.

On this forum of course, search media buying, I'm 100% confident I've talked about signing IOs on pre pay basis. Basically the traffic source will extend you a credit line similar to a bank.

The ones I've asked would like $10k/day to get daily payments. I'm sure if you talk with them they could go a little lower, but I'd be surprised at anyone willing to do dailies for any extended period of time for under $5k/day.

Weekly payment we sort most of the cashflow issues.. but keep in mind that that getting credit at the traffic source would be a great protection layer for your affiliate biz.

Get a Payoneer prepaid card, and use networks like maxbounty. to be honest some of the other big networks use them as well.

Use the same Payonner prepaid card to pay your traffic expenses.

Hope it helps.

We'll work with affiliates if you have a campaign that's doing decent volume 500$/day+ and you have a plan to scale we'll help out.

I have worked with lots of guys and helped them build up their bank roll. I made a post about how to ask for bumps before. The same applies to payments.

We are a company that makes money on volume of traffic pushed through. If you come to me and say I can run 2-3k/day in revenue, and have the campaign to do it with, if you can bump me up to dailies where I can only afford 200$ a day now. Then we're most likely going to say yes. We make a lot more money as a company for floating faster terms. It also helps you grow your business as well.
