Alternative banner ad networks for website that don't qualify for AdSense
I have been trying to get a website approved in AdSense. I keep getting rejected for low-quality content, even after hiring a writer.
I think they just don't like the type of website, as it is a whitepages annuary and they may be concerned with the legality of data.
I am testing direct AM offers, but I would like to add banners for the countries with low volume. What banner monetization alternative do you guys have in mind? I already applied to ezoic, waiting for their reply. Looking for mainstream banners as it is a tool people use at work.
Volume is 20K unique visits / 100K monthly page views, increasing as website just started 2 months ago. Mostly Latam / Spain.

Most of the other networks are looking for sites with dominantly EN audiences so it might make sense to look for localized networks.
I wanted to suggest ezoic, but you already applied there. There are quite a few more, but as I said they want En audience... such as adthrive, mediavine...
How about some of the smaller native networks? I don't know, content.ad maybe... or something like evadav or adsterra... they have native ads too and shouldnt be so picky.

Thanks. Adsterra was instant approval. Mix of banners, native and direct smartlink.
Will see what content.ad says.

Cool, there are many small networks out there... I guess most will perform worse than adsense, but when that's not an option, you gotta take what's left.

You will likely have a problem with the bigger ad networks because of this, most (if not all) of them are using adsense feeds to fill the unsold impressions, so they require good standings with adsense in order to approve a site into their systems.
