Is Native Adplexity Working?

Hi guys. Its been few days that Native Adplexity is working extremely slow for me. I have cleared my cache, browsed on incognito but no success. I already contacted their support. Is there anyone else experiencing same issues?

I just checked - getting a 504 while trying to login. Just notified them - will report back when I hear anything. Thanks!

yep ive got that also, nothing loading and 504 error

Thank you guys for reporting the issue and thank you Amy for your quick response.




We would like to give you more technical information about this. It was a network issue and there were package losses which explains why F5/refresh helped as the connection got restarted. In the last past few days, we implemented a network workaround, but some users still experienced issues. Today we are happy to say that all network issues were fixed and a workaround was removed.
