PerformCB + TikTok - Tracking Issues
I am running lead generation offers from PerformCB on TikTok but conversion tracking is not working (I am using PerformCB postback URL with FunnelFlux).
Is there anyone who has successfully setup TikTok conversion tracking with PerformCB?

I use WeCanTrack for VerveDirect and GiddyUp offers. It is very accurate and fast. I also use FunnelFlux for Pop and Push. I tried both WeCanTrack and FunnelFlux to setup TikTok conversion tracking with PerformCB but it doesn't work.

I noticed this a few days ago and have been talking to Zeno about it as well as my TikTok rep trying to solve this. I wasn't aware it was purely a Perform thing. The only other traffic I'm running from another network has their own postback implementation.
If we can narrow it down to Perform, that is huge, because I wasn't having any issues with reporting until about Wednesday.

Ok, that is the question. Can you successfully report conversions from another network using FunnelFlux?

I am successfully reporting conversions from other networks using WeCanTrack. PerformCB with WeCanTrack is not reporting.
I haven't used FunnelFlux with other networks for TikTok.

Thanks. It is so strange that Perform isn't reporting. I looked at my postback, and they don't even send back the ttclid, the tracker is the one providing it from when it initially captured it.

Something major looks like it's broken. I just re-tested on a setup that was previously working flawlessly through my own API, and now no events are reporting at all. Their API returns a success message on the post, and I can even see in the Events view on TikTok a 'Last received 0 hour(s) ago'. I can also get events with a 'fake' TTCLID of random letters/numbers to show under total events, yet real TTCLIDs dont. I checked their release logs and they did officially retire the old API endpoint on the 27th, but I confirmed, repeatedly, that my system is reporting to the new one.

I am thinking that maybe it doesn't track TikTok conversion. They may have to place TiKTok pixel manually for us.

Sorry can you please clarify if you are able to track conversions now on TikTok from PerformCB?

I don't run on PerformCB, so can't clarify that, but I can say that the entire TikTok Events API recently seems to have broken for a lot of different setups so this is most likely something on the TikTok end.

I am running on performcb too, my pixel is encoded on the site by my aff manager, the conversion still does not show on the tt ads manager.
anyone having this issue too?

1. There is an issue with your permissions. Either you never set it up to give WeCanTrack, FunnelFlux, etc. permission to access your pixel, or there is an error somewhere and you may have to redo the access token to give them permission.
2. You've got an error in the postback somewhere and that is what is preventing the tracking.
Since TikTok fixed the problem, I have used FunnelFlux's implementation for a couple of days without issue. I've also used another implementation as well, it didn't report revenue, but other than that it worked fine. So the issue isn't Perform. It may be TikTok, it may be user error. It is hard to say without knowing more.

Thank you so much for identifying these error possibilites for me. It is very helpful. I have contacted the WeCanTrack support. They are looking into it. Otherwise, I will buy the tracking software that you are using. At least I would know that this tool works.
If you don't mind, can you please share the name of tracking tool you are using for PerformCB with TikTok tracking?

As I mentioned previously, I'm using the FunnelFlux implementation to postback to TikTok. I use it with Perform and other networks.
