inMobi contact?
Does anybody have a contact at inMobi? I set up my campaigns and ad groups correctly and they're still showing it as "Draft" mode instead of "Pending" which means I supposedly haven't completed all steps.

Wow thanks didn't even see that. Honestly that is the most useless feature I've seen lol, it should be activated by default after you create an ad!

I think their interface is the worst ever.
The budget allocation is useless and on top of everything the reports are broken.

Try hitting up Benjamin Bring <Benjamin.Bring@inmobi.com>, he's on the east coast. Pretty nice guy.

Hey all, I was trying to do something nice as the first post and get you a direct contact at inmobi (a skype addy or AIM), but the best I got from them was their general email address: Sales@inmobi.com
Apparently, that is the best way to get a hold of them:
[9:51:42 AM] inMobi: You can refer advertisers to Sales@inmobi.com and they will get managed by our campaign managers..
[9:54:21 AM] AdCommunal: hmm, is there a way to give a direct contact?
[9:54:46 AM] AdCommunal: i was hoping to give our pubs something over and above what they can find online. or from your site
[9:55:02 AM] AdCommunal: ie, a direct contact, etc , an AIM, etc
[9:55:47 AM] inMobi: this works better Neil, since someone from the team will get in touch, if it si single contact the support will not be great, as they could miss it
[9:56:09 AM] inMobi: also based on the interactions someone will take up ownership of the account internaly and get in touch directly with the customer
[9:57:01 AM] AdCommunal: what if they post a campaign, and want to try to speed up the approval process?
[9:57:57 AM] inMobi: this woudl work best, as it is a mail queue looked at almost real time.. and the response from this will come from an individual, post which the interaction can be 1-1

I've been testing on InMobi lately and their traffic quality seems pretty bad and there are a lot of ghost clicks... anyone else having better luck?

Agree with this...Interface and Stats reporting are FUCKED! Theres no clear path to anything. I deposited $100, and it says I've spent $48 and the remaining ad spend column says $8....WTF?!?!
Is this company being run by monkeys?

I never actually thought I would find a company with a worse interface than LeadImpact, but inMobi definitely takes the title.

Are you having trouble getting traffic? I had the same issue, however every few minutes my account budget would fluctuate by $00's either way. So 1 minute I've got a $1k account balance, the next I've got $500, a few minutes later I've got $1.5k?!
Anyway I struggled to get traffic even on a $0.80 CPC. I contacted tech support and they cant explain it. For shits and giggles I upped my bid to $1.50 just to see what happens & I got 25 impressions. Tech support have spent the last few days trying to figure it out, they're not sure what's up.
I agree re: the interface, it's unintuitive to say the least. Who else gets the constant 503 server errors? I spent a few hours building a campaign on Monday only to have the system shit it self and I lost the whole thing. Ace.

Yep, bad interface and the spend appears to be randomly allocated. Spent over $100 in 30 mins then no traffic for the rest of the day even though account had monies remaining.

Everyone's trying to fuck with networks using overrun method and now you're complaining about not getting traffic
It's annoying, yes, but expected.
