LanderLab? Is WordPress a Better Option?

Hi guys. I am new to Native ads. I recently purchased LanderLab subscription to create landers faster and increase productivity. I can see that it is one of the most recommended tool in affilaite community. Unfortunetlay, it is not going so well for me. The tool itself doesn't work very smoothly.

Below are the issues I am facing.

First issue:
It doesn't import landers correctly from Adplexity. Tons of layout, css, link issues.

Second issue:
Even after deleting the copied lander from Adplexity, it seems to fetch some files, font etc in new landers (Landers which are created from scratch)

Third Issue:
Some changes are reverted back to original settings without making any changes like fonts color, text alignment and then you have to redo all the work.

Can anyone please share their experience. I have wasted my two days on this. Is WordPress a better option or am I doing something wrong here?

Please advise.

Landerlab is great if you want to rip and run and have super fast, parsed down landers.

If you want to really be creative and don't have any tech acumen, just get a drag and drop builder and re-make the landers yourself.

I used Clickfunnels the last three years in native and it worked just fine.

You can test things quickly and then if you get something working, just pay someone on Upwork to rip it and clean up the code and then run the parsed-down version (that should be somewhat faster) to see if it works better.

In my experience at least the leverage Clickfunnels gave as far as customization/creativity vastly exceeded the potential negatives of slightly slower pages.

With that said there's a lot of really successful folks who use Landerlab and I recommend it all the time.

There's no "wrong" answer though - you can try anything you want

Wordpress is more designed for blogging though so I would probably use a drag and drop rather than using it. Unless you're really used to Wordpress and adept at it, then go ahead and give it a try.

Again, once you have something working halfway decent, then split-test a parsed-down, faster version of it against it, and see how much difference the increased speed makes.

I would say you still need some basic coding skills for the urls and click jackers. There's no way I would test a tool in ripping a random page and turn key it.

Hi asharjamil,
so going in order to your issues:

It is impossible to guaranty a lander imported from Adplexity or from an URL will work correctly 100% of the cases. Unfortunately there are too many variables involved which might lead to a final result that is missing either css, fonts or javascript files.
1. The lander in the first place has not been ripped correctly from Adplexity (missing files)
2. The html structure of the lander is not ideal for a drag-n-drop editor (meaning the original lander was built using poor HTML techniques and elements, which makes it impossible to easily move elements around or resize)
3. Some of the resources the lander is using are linked externally (like images, styles, or javascript files) and the external resource is not available anymore. So these missing resources makes it impossible for the landing page to render properly

This needs to be checked with our support, but it sounds like impossible to happen because the new lander that you are creating after deleting the original one should be using the exact same files as the old lander, otherwise I do not see how it can try to fetch a file that it does not need.

I would say this is more probably a caching issue. You keep seeing the older version after you make the changes. Have you tried to clear your local cache or open the page in incognito mode and check if the new version is showing?
If it is still happening after a cache cleaning then please provide an example in our support channel so that we can look into it.

Thank you so much @ervin for your detailed reply. I highly appreciate it.

I understand now that importing landers 100% correctly might not be easy as 1-2-3. I blame YouTube videos showing landers import in a single click and voila you are ready to test offers.

I believe there are lots of caching issues. It is not just the page, LanderLab editor also reflects updated code after a delay.

To be on safe side, I am opening the LanderLab dashboard on incognito after making every single change otherwise it doesn't show the updated code/changes.

I have completed the first lander. I will create my second lander in 2-3 days. If this happens again, I will create a video and share with your support team.

Thanks again. Btw I was not expecting that someone from LanderLab will be seeing this post. Your reply has put my confidnece up on your tool.

Thanks @jack_l for your reply. I will keep my options open but I will give LanderLab another try as @ervin and LanderLab team has been very supportive. After one month maybe I can see what works best for me.

Cool yes they have a fantastic team

If you don't end up being a whiz with it though I would definitely use something else in addition to it.

If you are only ripping and your competitors are constantly creating and iterating new LP's to test and trying quiz funnels and exit pops and all sorts of other things you're going to be at a huge disadvantage.

The last three years I never had a single profitable campaign that I just 'ripped', it was all ones I tweaked and made better via editing/creativity.

Either way best of luck to you though sir
