Best Text to Speech Tool? (Native TikTok Audio Voice)

I am looking for a tool that helps me generate the text to speech native audio that the TikTok app offers.

Right now, this is only possible if you create a video inside the app, but I am looking for an external tool that I can use in my computer.

In my case, I can't even use the "english speaker", as TikTok auto assigns the speaker based on location (can't do it with VPN neither).

Does anyone know of a good "text to speech" tool that replicates the native TikTok voice (english female speaker)?

It will be much helpful, and they still don't have this feature in the Creative Center tool.

I don't remember whether it resembles the native Tiktok voice, but it's one of the better ones I've come across.

Yeah, I know there are a lot of text to speech services, but I need the specific TikTok voice everyone recognize.

When I was running on TikTok I used Speechelo.

Absolutely fantastic. Lots of languages.. very customizable...

I'm not sure if they have that exact voice from TikTok but they have tons of voices to choose from in each language, so one of them should be nearly identical...
