Can I use ban ad account pixel in new one

Hey guys,

I am promoting on Facebook ads and yesterday only I got my ad account disabled due to policy violation though I am not doing any BH thing and I've tried appealing though it's not been activated yet. So my question is can I use that same pixel in my new ad account? Because the old pixel is warmed up and knows who to target whereas new one will take time to give me proper results. Or will it lead to ban the new ad account too?

That would be the biggest footprint for sure. I haven't dared do this myself. Don't know if there's some blackhat tactic that can be used to implement this safely.

Hi Isha, I'm new here, but I work with ad account compliance and you can transfer the pixel to a new ad account without issue. They are unrelated, if Facebook flagged you before it won't carry over.

Sorry what? Using the pixel from a banned account on a new account? That used to result in a chain ban for me for all my accounts but that was 2 years ago. Did facebook change that? I lost a ton of accounts, carrying the banned pixel over to new accounts.

Yes, they separated the assets from the ad accounts after they mass banned everyone. They've been updating their API very frequently as well, a lot of changes are coming up.
Also, they blocked 400 ad accounts on our BM, apologized and returned them. They've been using their AI more and more to do the "restricting", and it seems to be uncalibrated still.

Thanks for these updates. Is this inside-information you have or are they releasing these API updates for devs via their blogs etc?

Not inside information, just hard to come by.

We talk to the representatives on a daily basis, and their managers get involved quite often. They tell us what's going on on their end, and we match it with what we see on the API side.
