Is it possible to advertise products as an affiliate via Amazon Ads?

So I saw this brand doing pretty well with Amazon Ads.

My question is...us, as affiliates, is it possible to advertise third party products via Amazon Ads?

My assumption is that, no, we can't do that, but maybe there is a way to do it.

When you register for Amazon Ads, they give you these options:

Yes, it´s possible through Amazon DSP.

Managed service requires a minimum spend of $35k, for self-service you need to contact them.

Damn! A high entry barrier. Plus we don't need managed, we are looking for self serve.

Yup, it´s a pretty steep price.

I checked Amazon for advertising few years ago and as far as I remember there was a $10k minimum when you wanted to promote products outside of Amazon.
