RedTrack and TikTok
Does anyone use RedTrack and their API integration with TikTok? Have you been able to successfully use redirects? I've asked them about this and in the past they said it wasn't guaranteed to work with redirects. I know Voluum is about to add API integration, but knowing Voluum they will also charge us for this.

Have used it. With redirects. Works perfectly.
Only updates like every 30 minutes or so but other than that. Can’t complain.

Thank you! I emailed support again and yet again they were saying they can't guarantee it will work.

I've been using Funnelflux API on tiktok in the past 3-4 months since they released it. Highly recommend. Some issues around October, however now is flawless.

That is the issue. You charge based upon ad spend,
RedTrack doesn't.

When I did iframes I used the RT js script to load on the iframe but it didn't seem to work. It got stuck loading the JS from RT

Thanks for sharing. That has been my reservation, it may have issues using redirects. Direct linking seems to work best for TikTok.

are you getting the main domain from the advertiser then? because I am direct linking but using the networks links or RT links...

If you could place a tracker pixel on the domain, you could probably link straight to the site. But no, I use
Voluum with redirects, plus redirects from the network. There is some click loss, I haven't dug too deep into it, but no way around it with redirects.
So I went and looked. Yesterday TikTok reports 402 clicks and
Voluum reports 396 unique visits (I use paths to ignore compliance clicks). The network reports 341 clicks. So roughly 84% of the clicks made it to the offer, or at least triggered the networks logging, roughly 16% loss.
On the 11th, TikTok 508, Voluum 491, network 431, almost the same percentage. The 10th, TikTok 425, Voluum 437, network 371. Slightly higher percentage at 87%.
