Anyone has templates, or can recommend affordable lawyer recommendation to draft:
- a website purchase agreement
- a Image Rights transfer
Last websites I bougth were under 2K, so I didn't bother.
This one is a bigger purchase and the current owner is the "persona" of the website, so I want him to sign he is allowing me to use his image for marketing the website.
