What is everyone’s go-to native testing method to see if you should continue to run a campaign
1) spy and see whats working
2) make variant of the best image u see in that style
3) test 5 different headlines, dial it in
4) once u know which headline is best, test variants of your image
this is a proven formula used to generate $10,000,000+ in revenue for verve/dfo with ecom offers.
If i am not wrong, he meant...
he is not able to decide when to stop a campaign.
Which indicators will help him decide whether to keep spending more money or stop a campaign.
Basically it depends on your gut feeling, I usually spend 8-10 times the offer payout and if i am not getting a conversion, or if my ROI is less than -70%, i'll stop the campaign.
There are some benchmark number for LP CTR, ad CTR etc.(for each niche). You can get these benchmark stats from your native ads rep. Inspite of spending money, if you are not getting conversion or not reaching these benchmark stats, it's better to stop the campaign.
You'll get to know...when to stop and when to continue running a campaign...with experience, after you have tested 20-30 offers/campaigns.
Tip: If you're very new to media buying, i wud recommend to start with pop/push traffic and then move to native ads.
ahh my bad
campaigns that have potential to scale show promise from day 1
if u follow the above testing scheme ull see something break out
unicorns that scale to 1000+ day profits will have usually more than 60% of the angles working right away (after day1)
if u have 1 which is minus ROI, and the rest are total shit then that one is horrible.. move on
