Is there a staff from Avazu?

I joined the AVAZU DSP again after a few years.
Of course, an account is a new account.
But AM is not assigned even after a week.
I set up a campaign, but the audit doesn't proceed.

If you have an AM contact from Avazu, can you guys share it with me?

Wow now that's a name I haven't heard in a while!

I just tried to log in - was able to log in but have no idea whether there's still traffic to be bought.

I haven't heard from my contacts there in many months, possibly years. But there are reps in the skype directory - perhaps try messaging them?

I'm messaging my 2 contacts there as well - will report if I hear back.

OMG!! really????

now I am looking for the DSP what can use ADID for re-targeting.

I did that a few years ago on AVAZU. that's why I re-join AVAZU.

hmm.....I should looking for another DSP.

I tried one of them. He said Avazu is better than before now. and they got more traffic.
and....done. I couldn't get more reply.

hmm.....I should looking for another DSP.

I'm not 100% sure. I used to run with them several years ago, then at some point I couldn't get any traffic even though I started several campaigns... communication also went to shit, so I gave up. Let's see if @vortex can find something out, but based on the reply you got, their communication is still far from perfect.

Unfortunately I haven't heard from my old contacts - they may not be working there anymore.

@thecafactory Am I understanding correctly that your campaign JUST got approved, 3 weeks after you submitted them? If so, that's not a good sign at all.

If you're having so much trouble connecting with support - and the communication is sporadic at best - please be careful and do not make any big deposits. A series of small deposits would be safer.

As for ADID targeting: That wasn't a big thing back when I was running mobile display. You may want to email all the major mobile DSPs with that question and see how many will reply. It shouldn't take too much time - you can send the same email to all DSPs.
