Tracker/Cloacker: User-Agent
Hi,
We need a tracker/cloacker to change the user-agent of the users.
RedTrack and Voluum do not have this functionality.
Thanks in advance.

A tracker can´t change the UA
But why do you want to change the UA of the users?

We want to force/test the mobile users conversions on the desktop landing page (we have an offer that redirects mobile user agents to a mobile specific LP. unfortunately that LP is very weird.
There is no tracker with user agent switcher? Which cloaker would you suggest then for 1 Million clicks per month?

Just to clarify: You're trying to promote a desktop landing page to mobile users? What's so "weird" about the mobile LP? Any way to work with the network to fix it?

Why not just ask the network/advertiser for a new landingpage or a version of the desktop LP on mobile? That will probably be the easiest way to achieve your goal. :-)

Yes, we actually do create some specific landing pages with our partner brands, but in this case, and some others, would be good for us to have a tool to test different landing pages on different user agents.
Any cloaker you suggest?
1 Million clicks per month is more than enough for our monthly tests.

Yes, exactly! The mobile landing page doesnt have registration form visible, while desktop version does (and is responsive design), should work better.

From what I know it won´t be possible with neither a cloaker nor a "normal" script.
The UA spoofing has to happen on your LP where you have control, as soon as you redirect the user to the offer you won´t be able to control such things anymore.
I think it should be possible for example to spoof the UA with PHP and show the offer website on your own domain with PHP cURL.
But then all traffic to the offer will show your domain as referer.
When the offer page for desktop is responsive just ask the advertiser/network for a link to that version.

A tracker is simply saying to the browser of the user: "hey, this is the page you have to go". Then the browser is calling the offer page and sending headers such UA + eventually lots of parameters in Javascript if the page has a protection script. There is no way you can spoof/cloak that, unless you put your own page in-between.
A PHP Curl is going to be spotted immediately, especially at 1 million clicks per month. That was working 10 years ago and can still work in some emerging markets, but any serious affiliate offer is likely going to be protected against this basic method if they don't want to loose money fast.
They are options available, such as hosting the lander on your own server, collecting the leads and then passing them to the offer owner using a Selenium Chromedriver that will be able to spoof the UA + Javascript parameters. But you will have to deploy it behind a residential proxy like Luminati to match the origin country, which will cost you around $500 per month to get lots of unique IP.
I think working with the offer owner is going to be faster.
