Fb error

Hey guys, recently I have this issue on FB "Payments are not available for your role. Please check the permissions on your ad account."
Could you please tell me is it a glitch with the profile and that's probably will stay same way forever, or there's a way how to fix it?

Tried to find answer on yt/goggle, nothing.

You sure you have all the rights to have access to all parts of the business manager? In this case financial specially.

Basically you need to be an admin to have permission to set/change the payment method.

100% I have the access, same I have on other accounts. It has to be some kind of glitch. Different profile works fine. Just not comfortable to switch multi login accounts every time

That's entirely possible. FB glitches all the time. If you can't find other people reporting the glitch, it may not be a global one. It may only be affecting a small number of accounts. Maybe have a chat with FB support as a last resort?

Yup, this should actually be one of the first things to do in case of payment issues. FB support sucks when it comes to approvals or account limitations but from some reason, they seem to be more responsive in case of payment problems or accounts not spending Definitely try to reach out to support rusfed!

Hey guys, fyi I didn't solve the problem with that particular profile, but I just started to use a different profile with that account and everything is fine, so most likely it's something off with the profile.

you can change a new account to manage your ads account, then you can pay the bills

First, you need to check if you really have all accesses needed for adjusting that kind of information, as sometimes happens that clients or other team members don't set up this properly, and you can't manage all features that exist in account. But, also sometimes it happens that it's some kind of a current bag on Facebook, have had similar experiences before, so check from Incognito window as well, log out and log in again to see if anything changes.
