Links being highjacked - HELPPP

Hello, I am running into the problem of my Voluum tracking link is being highjacked and routed to a different offer that isn't mine. Any time I click the link that is supposed to go to my offer page it gets routed to some random malware content. How do I fix this?? Please help

Edit by twinaxe: I deleted the video because it couldn´t get opened anyway and the link has shown personal info of you.

I have a strong feeling it is your network doing it because they have Geo-locked their offers.

Test it by doing this, create an offer that directs the user to Google.com or a major news site in your country like MSN, CNN, BBC, etc. Then create a campaign with that offer link and see what happens when you visit the tracking link. If it goes to Google or whatever you put in, the issue is the network. If not, then yes something has hijacked your links and you probably need to talk to Voluum support.

I have a very strong suspicion is that the offers are Geo-locked.

Maybe there´s a geo redirect or carrier redirect on the offer so that everything that doesn´t meet the offer requirements gets redirected.

Check the offer URL directly, does it get redirected to somewhere else as well?

I'll also add, if you are using a prelander, try this both with and without the prelander. It is also possible that the prelander has some malicious code on it, particularly if you ripped it and didn't get it cleaned.

Well Fuck, yea I knew the offer was geo locked but somehow didnt remember im not in that geo. I have a VPN and just changed my location and it worked fine. Thanks for the help guys.
