Is CreativeClicks a genuine Affiliate Network?

I have sent like 10+ emails to their support staff, sales team, marketing team. Didn't get even a single reply.
I have also messaged them on facebook, no reply.

My account manager is from China, she can't speak proper english and doesn't knows how to get things done.
Plus, my account manager is asking me to wait 60-90 days to get paid.

I have HUGE amount of pending payments stuck in that network.
And things don't seem to be good.

And the worst thing is, there is no one i cud talk to.

Does anyone uses CreativeClicks? Is it genuine?

I never worked with them but generally it´s never a good idea to run high volume or keep high revenue in the account when you don´t know yet if the network is legit or not.

When I start working with a new network I run traffic for maximum few hundred Dollars revenue and then wait if everything goes fine with the payment.

If everything is o.k. I can run more traffic, if not I don´t loose that much.

And the worst thing is, there is no one i cud talk to.
Did you try to contact them here?

They have an official thread and you could send a PM to @moneymaker82

They are pretty legit. Some Skype contacts from them:

waldmanadi
vera.todorova11

As long as your traffic was legit you shouldn't have a problem getting paid. They have been around for a while.

I use to work with them very closely, but thats some years ago already. If owners didnt change I can say they are trustworthy from my experience. Good luck!

They should be legit yes, and some networks have weird/long payout terms for new affiliates, but 90 days is too much.

But even the most legit networks can refuse to pay, especially when there are some issues with the traffic quality and the advertiser refuses to pay for such clicks.

Let's see if they show up in this thread, it can still be some communication problem.

Legit network or not, the lack of communication is ridiculous. If they're treating an affiliate that has generated good revenues with them in this way, I can't imagine how they're treating their smaller affiliates.

As a minimum, I would:

1)Cease traffic immediately (and not send traffic until I get full payment, if ever again).

2)Escalate to the network's "higher-ups" - linkedin should help.

3)Ask for another AM to be assigned.

Best of luck! I hope you'll get a reply soon.
