Is Day-parting a Great Way for Taboola?
I'm running Lead gen campaigns in Taboola for a few days now and discovered some hours of the day, it converts well with good ROI but some are not.
Overall, this campaign is a little bit green in some days but I really want to get higher margin and more profit from it. Just considering doing the day-parting for this campaign. On the other hand, I'm worried if I did day-parting, will it influence its algorithsm and making it run badly. I heard these days Taboola is trying to make it more like FB.
Did anyone who has run Taboola and do the day-parting end up with good results? Thanks

Yes, I would absolutely recommend day-parting
I've had some Taboola lead-gen camps that I've literally only run M-Th from 9 am to 12 noon
With that said, there's others I've had set to 24/7 that do great...
If you already have one going well at 24/7, I'd clone a copy of it and set the copy to a strict day-parting schedule, then you can see how they both do and adjust the budgets on them accordingly
Also another related note... you can absolutely pause and un-pause Taboola camps every day and they'll still do well... I used to worry about doing this but have been doing it for over a year now on certain camps and it does not seem to have any negative repurcussions at all.

Thanks @jack_l. That's a great suggestion. Will definitely try to duplicate a new campaign and do the day-parting
