Tik Tok - targeting Geos LATAM

Hello everybody!

I'm starting out now with Tik Tok ads and I have set up my account here in Spain. I surprisingly discovered that from Spain I cannot target any country in Latin America, that's a real issue for me since I mainly work with Colombia and Mexico offers.

Anybody knows if I could somehow target those countries? Do I have to have a specific account to do that, do I have to hire an agency or anybody knows how?

Any info would be much appreciated.

They do limit this from some reason and yes, it is tied to where the account has been created, check this article: https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article?aid=9579

Thanks @matuloo , Yes I read all the Tiktok documentation, but somewhere I've heard that there is a way to kind of remedy to it, like hiring an agency (?). Have you ever heard about this option?

So the easiest solution would be open an account from where tik tok allows targeting for those countries?

Yep apparently you need to rent an agency account (or get one yourself) to have access to all geo's.

I believe there's a bunch of options for this right now... and most charge like 2-5% of your ad spend... so you wire them 5k or 10k to start, they take out their percentage, then you run your campaigns through their account (which is connected to your main account).

I got referred to the agency we have been using from @ScottyG, but I believe there's lots of options available...

Yup, as jack_l suggested, an agency account can solve this.

Agency account or create accounts in the geos you want to run.

Member @cassshy provides accounts - although I haven't used them so can't comment.

Maybe we can create the account from the geo we want by using VPN.

I dont think so You still need to add a payment method and if that one has different country in the info, they would likely reject the account.
