US Merchant Account accepting US companies not owned by a US citizen?

I am buying an existing business that has on-going subscriptions processed through NMI.com payment gateway connected to a US payment processor. My problem is that the payment processor currently used by the seller accepts US company only if at least one of the owners is a US citizen, which is not my case.


So, I am looking for a US Merchant account / CC payment processor that:
- I can connect to NMI payment gateway
- Will accept a US company owned by a foreign individual

Any suggestion?
