hope all is well 
im advertising on native (mainly taboola) at the moment and using wordpress (elementor) for all my Landing pages.
recently i hear more and more that the wordpress pages are slow and also, i suspect in the performance that wordpress LP presentation is a bit selective towards certain OS/ platforms.
before that i've tried click funnels LP and the system was a nightmare for me.
my main geo is IL so taxt direction is the opposite than english, therefor, many LP providers dont support this language which makes the LP's low performance eventually.
Does anybody has some insights/tips for me in this subject?
would love to hear from you experience, especially for GEO like IL.

Without changing your setup, you can put CloudFlare CDN in front of WordPress, and use this tip to force CloudFlare to cache everything:

Create a plan on www.cloudflare.com, free plan is fine.
I decreased my load time by 1.5s with that tip, from around 2s to 0.4/0.5s, so it may be enough for you.
If not, run your page in Gtmetrix.com and post a screen of the result so that we can check.
For landing page builder, unbounce is pretty fast. Here they have some info about how to make the page RTL
