Anybody else on here doing seo link-building?
Anyone else on here doing SEO link-building for content sites?
If so would love to hear whether your using third party providers or have a team member who does it via prospecting...
I get inundated with prospecting emails but 99% are absolutely awful and I ignore them... once in awhile I'll do a link trade with them... is a really, really fascinating world though that is for sure...
Also if anyone wants to work together to build some link juice, as it were, hit me up via DM!

I did in the past for my Chilean expat business. I had a trainee doing that one day a week for almost 2 years. Recently restarting for another brand.
You can have a look at The Link Chest by SEO Buddy. To start a site from scratch, they showcase lots of link opportunities, in particular High PR NoFollow. They have a deal on AppSumo at the moment: https://appsumo.com/products/marketp...-by-seo-buddy/
SOPs are available to explain how to put the link, so easy to follow for a VA. And they are starting to offer their own VA with a credit system.
You know Matt DIggity already. Charles Floate's Native NoFollow course is interesting too. Around 100 SOPs ready to use for VA.
Or you can go the PBN route, and buy used domains with PR2-5 from seo.domains.

Very nice.. appreciate the info my man... other than Diggity I had not heard of any of those...
I think the backlink profile is the main thing holding back my two content sites currently so am going to buy a few more, try to trade more with the folks who email me prospecting, and then also look into those resources you mentioned above. Many thanks!

We usually do this by ourselves, as we have in our team persons that are dedicated to SEO processes, so they are fining ways for building links in different ways and by using various methods, as we really tend to avoid any buying link activities since they often don't have any real value and aren't useful for our needs and don't help us expand the business. If you are not sure how to do it, it's great to get some help, maybe we could be helpful as well, just tell in more details what you had in mind.

Why don't you share some tips on how your guys approach link building? Maybe some of those various methods? I for one would love to hear more details as I'm in need of some links too

I have seen guys doing link buildings from long time. i asked them about it they find a clients from linked in and some sites contact us pages. and they collect different vertical sites to show clients and customers.
They have fashion auto health dating more sites they have and they find clients according to that.
they deal via email and get client content and put it on sites and their deal completed. if is it relevant then okay if no then sorry.

So basically "guest posting" done via "blogger outreach", right?
There are two basic approaches that I'm aware of :
1. You reach out to bloggers or webmasters of sites in your niche and ask them about the possibility to publish an article that you write for them. And this article would contain a bunch of links pointing to the site you need backlinks for.
2. You reach out to bloggers or webmasters of sites in your niche and ask them about the possibility to insert a link into an existing post or article on their site/blog. This option is usually cheaper as there is very little work involved.
There are many people offering such services on fiverr or upwork, I've tried some, they worked to some extent, but most of the websites you can reach this way are of VERY low quality. So if you decide to use this method, make sure to properly check the site you want the link on. There are many tools for this, for example AHREFS that I'm also using.

Exactly you are right. those guys are doing same thing whom i met personally they have big team for link building they contact with bloggers webmasters etc. they charge some amount and paste the link on sites and deal complete. yeah Ahref is popular tool for this Field.
there is 1000's of sites you can reach out for linking. and this method still works. I had tried but i didn't got luck to get client in past 5 years ago. So that Paid traffic is more expensive like FB Google Native. But as we affiliates we have to buy Paid Traffic from Native's .

Yup, this is a common technique, it takes quite a few emails to get 1 link, all of the bloggers are getting these requests all of the time, so I guess many are ignoring these requests by default

Hi matuloo, a few years ago i got a some pretty good links for an english site via HARO.
But nowadays i have mostly german sites and link building for german sites sucks.
The coverage there is pretty good, you just have to look often for appropriate requests.
I read in another thread that you are starting a cooking website, a friend of mine has one too that makes pretty good numbers.
The game changers for him was first using an explicit cooking theme with all the necessary markup for recipes etc. built in. That got him several listings in the "Zero position" and a very nice traffic boost.
And than getting into discovery - that one was huge.
Good luck for your site.

Very nice, do you think you could get me in touch with your friend? I would love to exchange some ideas and maybe get some tips

If so, drop me a PM please.
Yup, I got a cooking theme, including a recipe plugin and all that stuff, so that part should be fine.
By discovery, you mean getting my site appear in the Google discover feed results? I do get some clicks from there, but very low, I need to look into this more.
