Negative campaign for the first 15 hours.
Than, boom, the result: +19,77 ROI
I'm rich: 0,07 $ in profit!!

Question, why the Network is not registering any conversions?

OK, I figured out ahahaha
The profit was for today. not for the whole campaign. And with today the tracker meant the few hours of today the campaign was running.

I'm even more depressed now ahahah

-94% on an offer that is way beyond 10x spend. --> I would stop it since with just 1 conversions it is impossible to find a pattern.

Please go through the 40-day tutorial completely. It has suggestions on how to cut offers.

Like @larsometer pointed out, such a low ROI after running way past 10x payout in spend means the offer is probably a dud.
