Is there any Alternative to theoptimizer for managing Push campaigns?

I use both thetopimizer native and mobile.
Optimizer natives works really good but Optimizer Mobile(for push/pop) doesn't works that good (for me).
I face consistent problems in data collection or rule execution (for my push campaigns).

I couldn't find even a single alternative to theoptimizer mobile(push/pop).
Does anyone know of any alternative?

Voluum has its own optimization tool but it covers very few push ad networks.

Good question, as far as I remember there was another such service some time ago but can´t remember the name.

I am not even that sure if it was for push optimization or pops.

When I am right I think an issue with the other service was that it only supported way less platforms than Optimizer anyway.

Will try to find it again.

Btw, I found the "alternative service" but it´s not even online anymore.
